3. Discuss steps to get you to that career goal

Heather Brizzi is a Senior IT Manager for Sherwin-Williams where she coaches and leads teams and practices which enable the delivery capabilities necessary to support product development leveraging Agile practices. Heather founded Your Courageous Life, LLC (https://yourcourageouslife.me) where she provides coaching and speaking services. She believes strongly in the power of stories to unleash what it means to take risks and be brave as she guides people through personal and career transitions as they pursue courageous living. Heather has a passion for connecting women to purpose in their careers and life. She believes in building community through connecting people and hopes to assist them in pursuing their best life and stop saying “someday…” while they take steps to make their someday today. She has been a leadership panelist, panel moderator, and speaker inspiring leaders in IT and beyond.
